Learn how the changes coming in next year’s NRHA Handbook may affect you and your horses.
Member involvement is a key part of how NRHA functions. Each year, the association’s members have the opportunity to submit rule change proposals, which are discussed at the NRHA Winter Meeting, reviewed by NRHA committees, and then voted on by the Association’s Board of Directors.
