NRHA Professional Casey Hinton goes into detail about his training method, “The Circle Drill”, for preparing your horse to correctly change leads. Hinton explains that you can never replace the importance of fundamental training methods when exposing your horse to new maneuvers. Setting your horse up for success with consistency and patience will result in a happy horse and clean maneuver.
